A little over a year ago, we released Themes and dances, an album full of music composed by musician and sound designer Janne Hast for Carl Knif’s works from 2010–2021. Now it’s time for newer music, as we’ve released all the songs you heard and loved in I address you.
“The music I produced for I address you is inspired by the club and art music of the ’80s and ’90s. I’ve analysed the reference songs that Carl provided me with and have made adaptations of them for the performance. The influences are clearly audible, but they are still entirely my own production.“
